⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent car rental service in Trivandrum! Highly recommended.** I used **Arrow Cabs for 20+ days** during my holiday from the UK. I booked at very short notice, but Arun went above and beyond to arrange vehicles for me whenever the previous car had another booking. I used a **Swift VXI Automatic, Tata Punch Automatic and Swift Dzire Automatic**, and every changeover was handled smoothly without any hassle. Arun is very friendly, approachable and reliable. He also gave me a **special discounted rate** considering the length of my rental, which was much appreciated. Excellent service, great flexibility and very reasonable pricing. **Highly recommend Arrow Cabs and Arun, and I’ll definitely use them again on my next trip to Trivandrum!** 🚗👍

Fantastic experience using Arrow Cab multiple times during our recent vacation! Customer support via WhatsApp was top-notch—special thanks to Ragi for her proactive follow-ups and transparent billing explanations. We traveled in an Urbania and an Innova Crysta, both of which were spotless and in excellent condition. Our drivers were courteous, punctual, and supportive from start to finish. Would definitely use them again!

I booked Arrow Cabs from abudhabi for a 3-day rental starting with an airport pickup trivandrum. The car they provided was nice, clean, and came with a half tank of fuel ready to go. The team has great communication and their dealings are very professional. The airport pickup was perfectly on time. When returning the car from my home, I had a slight delay on my side, but they were incredibly polite and cooperative about it. Highly recommended

Arrow cabs are very professional and service oriented company. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The driver was great and friendly. The urbania was clean and neat. They don’t try to over sell or push you. State the requirements clearly and you get a good deal. The driver is on time and prompt. We had hired the vehicle from Trivandrum airport for local sight seeing and drop to Astamudi. The driver took good care and was very polite. Suggest folks to use the arrow cab and talk To them Ahead on the rates and finalize it. This helps a lot and gives clear clarity to both parties. Check on the inclusion and per hour and per km rate if you’re going to over even if not clear these things. Also clear up on the payment advance and dues to be settled. They will send an sms as well on these things. It’s good to be clear on these things and ask them from your end. Surely you will take service from them on a repetition basis once you have seen the courteous nature of the team

Got a car in 1 day last minute booking. Best price to travel from Trivandrum. Trust me, i have checked & called every one from google for self drive car rental. I even cancelled my another booking due to its last moment hidden charge, to book a car from Arrow cabs. Arrow cabs provided the best price & car. Delivery executive Lalu is super polite. Hassle free delivery & pickup without arguments. Paid only when I took car, no advance, no hidden charge. Got to travel Varkala with no car related issues.
